Ingredients: Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa), Fresh wildcrafted, Organically grown, or Ethically acquired.

Other Ingredients: Organic grain alcohol 40%, Distilled water.

Ratio:1-2 or 1-5

Suggested Use: Shake well before use. Take 5-20 drops in water or juice every, 1-4 hours as needed.
