Ingredients: Black Cohosh *(Cimicifuga racemosa), Blue Cohosh *(Caulophyllum thalictroides), Fresh wildcrafted, Organically grown or Ethically acquired.

Other Ingredients: Organic grain alcohol 40%, Distilled water.

Ratio:1-2 or 1-5

Suggested Use: Shake well before use. Take 5-20 drops in water or juice,1-4 times daily as needed.
